Rule 101
Amount limit
(1) For the purpose of sub-section (8) of section 47 of the Act, an application cannot be made before the review committee in relation to the purchase of an amount less than two crore rupees.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), an application may be made before the review committee for evaluation of bids or proposals of a non-price nature such as pre-qualification or technical proposal.
